Join the Exploratory Action Research (EAR) Program

The TESOL Society of Bangladesh invites applications from university lecturers and professors in English, Applied Linguistics, and Education to serve as mentors in the Exploratory Action Research (EAR) Program 2026.

This exciting initiative will support 60 primary and secondary EFL teachers across Bangladesh through a 15-week professional development journey. Selected mentors will guide teachers in exploring classroom challenges, reflecting on practice, and implementing evidence-informed improvements.

What mentors will gain:
• Certificate of facilitation from TESOL Society of Bangladesh
• Opportunities to engage with real classroom contexts
• Recognition in program events and publications
• Potential avenues for future research and collaboration

We encourage passionate educators, teacher educators, and researchers who are interested in mentoring and supporting English language teachers to apply.

Please share this opportunity with colleagues and professional networks.
